Responsibilities

• Underwrite net lease properties, including Excel-based pricing and valuation models.
• Pull, organize, and analyze sales comparables and on-market comps.
• Prepare lease abstracts.
• Document the assumptions and factors behind each property evaluation.
• Maintain team databases and records, keeping them accurate and current.
• Prepare listing-specific prospecting call sheets.
• Support opportunity assessment on new business.
• Assist with marketing materials and property collateral.
• Prepare and coordinate transaction documents.
• Support transaction management from listing through close, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and factors affecting net lease market.
• Lead by example and model CBRE Rise values.
