Job summary

This role operates on-site and involves tracking lease information, property values and financials, while coordinating with CBRE transaction managers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand and follow standard work routines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Evaluate and analyze appropriation requests and prepare data inputs and maps.
• Monitor project records and provide required information from property records.
• Assist in preparation of acquisition, disposition and use agreements under manager guidance.
• Coordinate with CBRE Transaction Managers supporting church projects.
• Organize information from various databases and maintain records.
• Track project statuses and update program tracking tools.
