Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst in Phoenix to support underwriting, valuation, and marketing for net lease properties. You will handle day-to-day analytical work behind listings and transactions, using AI tools to process a high volume of deals efficiently.

You’ll pull comps, prepare lease abstracts, maintain databases, and coordinate documents from listing through close, while staying current on market conditions and capitalization trends across the net lease sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to three years of relevant experience in commercial real estate brokerage, accounting, or finance.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and data management.
• Proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude, for research, underwriting support, and document preparation.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organization across multiple active deals.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Exposure to net lease, investment sales, or capital markets preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate data platforms such as CoStar preferred.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite net lease properties, including Excel-based pricing and valuation models, using established team methods.
• Pull, organize, and analyze sales comparables and on-market comps.
• Prepare lease abstracts.
• Document the assumptions and factors behind each property evaluation, so the team’s reasoning stays clear and repeatable.
• Maintain team databases and records, keeping them accurate and current.
• Prepare listing-specific prospecting call sheets that drive targeted outreach.
• Support opportunity assessment on new business, flagging the deals worth pursuing.
• Assist with marketing materials and property collateral.
• Prepare and coordinate transaction documents.
• Support transaction management from listing through close, keeping deals moving and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and factors affecting the net lease market.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE Rise values.
