CBRE is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst in Phoenix to support underwriting, valuation, and marketing for net lease properties. You will handle day-to-day analytical work behind listings and transactions, using AI tools to process a high volume of deals efficiently.
You’ll pull comps, prepare lease abstracts, maintain databases, and coordinate documents from listing through close, while staying current on market conditions and capitalization trends across the net lease sector.
As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst on the Net Lease Property Group in Phoenix, you will provide underwriting, analytical, and operational support that powers the team’s investment sales business. You will handle the day-to-day analytical work behind each listing and transaction, including property underwriting and valuation, comparables, lease abstracts, database management, marketing support, document preparation, and transaction coordination, using AI tools to work through a high volume of assignments efficiently.
