Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a NET Architect in Tallahassee, FL to design secure identity-driven solutions. You will implement IAM and SSO across applications, integrate enterprise systems with Entra and Azure, and shape scalable hybrid-cloud architectures.

The role emphasizes design, development in .NET, and collaboration with stakeholders on large-scale projects. Relevant gov/education exposure is a plus, with multi-year experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in CS/MIS or related field.
• 7+ years developing Web applications.
• 7+ years documenting requirements, designs, tests.
• 7+ years testing custom apps, reports, data, or dashboards.
• 7+ years developing in .Net architecture.
• 7+ years in C# programming.
• 4+ years PL/SQL or TSQL preferred.
• 3+ years in MVC.
• 2+ years HTML5 preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 Years Of Experience Developing Web Applications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing in the .Net architecture.

Skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Proven ability to plan, configure, and integrate SSO across diverse applications and platforms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Application Integration: Skilled in integrating enterprise and customer-facing applications with Microsoft Entra for seamless identity federation and user experience.
• Solution Architecture: Strong background in creating scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for identity-driven solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust principles for safeguarding applications and data.
• Development & Customization: Experience developing custom policies, user flows, and branding for Entra B2C to meet business and UX requirements.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Ability to integrate identity solutions with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and thirdparty SaaS applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Additional Experience

• Ability to work with other Developers and Project Managers under the leadership of a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations.
• Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education is preferred.
