Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an Application Architect specialized in .NET and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead secure, scalable solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.

Responsibilities include IAM design with Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B), SSO implementation via OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML, and applying Zero Trust with MFA/conditional access. Candidates should have 7+ years of technical documentation experience and a track record delivering government-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation.
• Experience designing large-scale, secure architectures in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Experience implementing IAM with Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• SSO design with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Security best practices: conditional access, MFA, Zero Trust.
• Integrating applications with Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS.
• Collaborating with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large projects.
• Experience in state government environments, Education or Early Learning preferred.

• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).
• Provide application and solution architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Design and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Apply security best practices, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders on large-scale implementation projects with diverse requirements.
• Experience working in state government environments, particularly Education or Early Learning, is preferred.
