MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Dot Net Architect to lead secure, scalable web app design. You will define architecture for .NET, IAM, SSO, and cloud integration, working with React/Angular and Azure Entra ID.

You must have 10+ years in .NET, strong documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large programs. Government sector experience in Education/ Early Learning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years designing, developing, and testing web applications using .NET, C#, MVC, React/Angular, and HTML5.
• 7+ years producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).
• Provide architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• Design and integrate SSO using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Apply security best practices: MFA, conditional access, Zero Trust.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large-scale projects.
• Experience in state government environments, Education or Early Learning preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: Application Architect – .NET & Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing web applications using .NET architecture and C#, including MVC, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), and HTML5.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).
• Provide application and solution architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Design and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Apply security best practices, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders on large-scale implementation projects with diverse requirements.
• Experience working in state government environments, particularly Education or Early Learning, is preferred.
