Quantum Technologies. LLC in Tallahassee, FL seeks an experienced identity and integration engineer to design and implement secure authentication and authorization across enterprise apps using Microsoft Entra ID and SSO protocols.

You will collaborate with developers and PMs on large-scale projects, applying MFA/zero-trust security and integrating Entra with Azure services and Microsoft 365. State government education experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
• 7+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements/specs/traceability).
• 7+ years of experience testing custom apps, reports, data sets, or dashboards.
• 7+ years of experience developing in the .NET architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in C#.
• 4+ years in PL/SQL or TSQL preferred.
• 3+ years in MVC.
• 2+ years in HTML5 preferred.
• IAM: expertise designing/implementing secure authentication/authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• SSO: plan/configure/integrate SSO using OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect/SAML.
• Application Integration: integrating apps with Microsoft Entra for identity federation.
• Solution Architecture: scalable, secure identity-driven architectures for hybrid/cloud.
• Security Best Practices: MFA and zero-trust principles.
• Development & Customization: Entra B2C policies/user flows/branding.
• Cross-Platform: integrate identity solutions with Azure, M365, and third-party SaaS.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Visio/Project/PowerPoint/SharePoint.
• Collaborate with Developers and PMs under Project Manager leadership.
• Experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• Stakeholder collaboration with diverse needs.
• Experience in state government education preferred.

Work Authorization:

• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Proven ability to plan, configure, and integrate SSO across diverse applications and platforms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Application Integration: Skilled in integrating enterprise and customer-facing applications with Microsoft Entra for seamless identity federation and user experience.
• Solution Architecture: Strong background in creating scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for identity-driven solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust principles for safeguarding applications and data.
• Development & Customization: Experience developing custom policies, user flows, and branding for Entra B2C to meet business and UX requirements.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Ability to integrate identity solutions with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and thirdparty SaaS applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to work with other Developers and Project Managers under the leadership of a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations.
• Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education is preferred.
