Job summary

Repsol is seeking a NERC Compliance Manager to lead the NERC compliance program for a renewable power generation fleet across North America. The role will establish, implement, and continuously improve the compliance management framework to ensure adherence to NERC and regional standards, with emphasis on wind, solar PV, and battery storage.

The incumbent will supervise compliance personnel, develop policies, manage regulatory audits, and provide strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Electrical, Engineering, Compliance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards and audit processes.
• Experience building and maintaining compliance governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NERC Compliance Program across all assets and registered functions.
• Develop, implement, and improve policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Establish governance structures and performance metrics for ongoing compliance.
• Monitor NERC, Regional Entity, FERC, ERCOT, and related regulatory changes.
• Provide regular risk assessments and reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee vendor contracts and budgets supporting the program.
