Job summary

Repsol is seeking a NERC Compliance Manager to lead our NERC compliance program for a renewable power generation fleet. This role tests the ability to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the organization's compliance framework to ensure adherence to NERC and Region-specific standards.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing NERC compliance programs, regulatory audits, internal controls, and risk management across wind, solar PV, and storage assets.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards and audit processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NERC Compliance Program across all assets.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Provide regular risk assessments and executive-level reports.
