Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to support power plant operations and ensure adherence to NERC CIP and O&P programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement standards and perform audits, with emphasis on cyber security for BES systems.

You will analyze regulatory rules, drive corrective actions, and provide leadership reporting on performance improvements while maintaining strong cross-organizational collaboration in a fast-paced utility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 6+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of NERC CIP and O&P compliance requirements.
Experience implementing ISO, NERC and TSA Gas Standards in generation facilities.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong technical understanding of NERC regulatory rules and participate in forums.
Implement NERC CIP and O&P programs for BES Cyber Systems and OT assets.
Support audits, provide evidence and documentation for compliance verification.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate across Power, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Security to ensure alignment.
