Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to support power plant operations and act as a technical expert on regulatory compliance. You will ensure adherence to NERC CIP standards for BES cyber systems and participate in audits, drills, and cross-functional initiatives while liaising with IT, engineering, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years technical or related experience.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP and ISO/TSA Gas standards preferred.
• Experience implementing regulatory compliance programs within generation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of NERC regulatory rules and participate in related forums.
• Implement NERC CIP and O&P programs for medium/low impact BES cyber systems.
• Provide documentation and evidence to verify compliance of standards requirements.
• Communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to team members via reports and proposals.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to ensure future compliance.
• Collaborate with OT/industrial cyber assets and interface with cross-functional teams.
