Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to lead technical decisions on NERC compliance for medium and low impact BES Cyber Systems.

You will interface with IT, engineering, and security teams to ensure adherence to NERC CIP and O&P programs while driving continuous improvement through audits and drills. The role requires deep knowledge of NERC standards, industrial control systems, and cyber assets, with responsibilities spanning patching, vulnerability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 6 years of related industry experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 8 years of related industry experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years in power or related industry, 6 of which at the exempt level

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the generation NERC regulatory rules and participate in forums.
• Implement NERC Standards, programs, processes, procedures and best practices for CIP and O&P programs and BES Cyber Systems.
• Provide documentation and evidence to verify NERC Standards requirements are met for compliance.
• Communicate expertise to team members through reports, procedures and proposals.
• Recommend corrective actions and ensure cross-functional alignment of processes for future compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of industrial DCS, SCADA & OT cyber assets and interface OT devices with control systems.
• Initiate NERC compliance activities in Work Management systems and track completion evidence.
• Participate in compliance audits and support audit teams; engage in cyber drills and events.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Engineering Technology, etc)

Associate's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science Engineering, Engineering Technology, etc)
