Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to support power plant operations with expertise in regulatory compliance and engineering problem solving. You will ensure adherence to NERC CIP and O&P programs, interface with groups across power, IT, engineering, and security, and drive continuous improvement through audits and assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years of technical or related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and favorable medical exam/testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NERC CIP and O&P program compliance.
• Lead compliance audits and reporting.
• Interface with Power, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Security groups.
• Develop technical understanding of generation regulatory rules and provide recommendations.
• Support leadership with performance improvements and compliance communications.
• Perform security patching and vulnerability assessments as needed.
