Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 6+ years in power/related industry.
• Alternate: Associate degree with 8+ years in power/related industry.
• High school + 9+ years in power or related industry.
• Working knowledge of engineering processes and systems.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement NERC Standards for CIP and O&P programs in support of compliance.
• Perform reviews and provide evidence to verify compliance.
• Communicate technical concepts to team members through reports and procedures.
• Participate in compliance audits and cyber drills.
• Provide analysis and support to leadership on the NERC Compliance program.
