Job summary

Constellation seeks a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to ensure adherence to NERC CIP and related regulatory requirements for medium/low impact BES Cyber Systems. You will work with OT, IT, engineering and security teams to implement standards and perform audits.

You will develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of generation regulatory rules, drive corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional processes to ensure ongoing compliance and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 6+ years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 8+ years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years in power or related industry and 6 years exempt-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of NERC regulatory rules and participate in forums.
• Implement NERC CIP and O&P programs for medium/low impact BES Cyber Systems with proper procedures.
• Perform reviews and provide documentation to verify NERC standards compliance.
• Communicate technical information in reports and proposals to leadership.
• Recommend corrective actions to ensure future compliance across functions.
