The role requires building relationships with KMEs and stakeholders, delivering strategic insights, and leading engagement activities across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing or field roles, with thought leader experience preferred.
• Rare disease or nephrology experience required.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent listening, insight generation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 60-70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Gather insights to inform marketing strategy and content development.
• Engage KMEs, advisory boards, and educational initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Support congress planning and coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure compliant, consistent customer engagement and documentation.
