Job summary

Biogen seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison for Nephrology in the Mountain West. You will build trusted relationships with KMEs, transplant centers, and nephrology stakeholders to inform strategy and engagement plans.

You will lead cross-functional teams with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and legal/compliance to ensure compliant engagement, launch readiness, and ongoing advocacy development across indications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing, field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience; field marketing/TLL experience preferred.
• Rare Disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights to inform marketing strategy and regional objectives.
• Create regional commercial plans to advance key accounts and ensure compliant engagement.
• Identify opportunities and barriers impacting account adoption and patient access.
