Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate care and services are available for patients and families; coordinates staffing on each shift.
• Supervises nursing staff, HUCs, nursing assistants and utility aides as needed.
• Leads annual performance reviews and participates in staff education and orientation.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives to address patient safety and care quality deficits.
• Creates an educational environment supporting ongoing staff development and unit-based training.
• Manages budget and resources to meet clinical and organizational goals.
