You will partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive account planning, launch readiness, and field capability development for Empaveli and future nephrology assets. In this hybrid role, you will build scalable field-excellence programs, oversee performance management, and communicate field insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PhD or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/commercial experience.
• 3+ years of field leadership experience with customer-facing teams.
• Experience translating strategy into field execution in matrixed orgs.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM platforms, especially Veeva, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic Field Excellence partner to Nephrology Sales Leadership.
• Lead field effectiveness initiatives and account planning capability.
• Drive launch readiness and performance management activities.
• Develop scalable field best practices and national execution strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, and Compliance.
• Influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
