Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Nephrology in a field-based role covering the Mid Atlantic region, including Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC.

You will serve as the primary commercial liaison to KMEs and nephrology stakeholders, shaping regional accounts, advisory activities, and external advocacy while collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience in marketing, field sales, or Thought Leader Liaison roles.
• Rare Disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights to inform regional marketing strategy and commercial content.
• Create regional commercial plans to advance key accounts with cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities and barriers affecting account adoption and patient access.
• Engage national, regional KMEs and advisory activities; build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Summarize insights and translate feedback into strategic recommendations for launch readiness and portfolio planning.
