Job summary

Biogen, Inc. seeks an Associate Director to design and execute U.S. nephrology distribution strategies, influencing site-of-care considerations and payer mix.

You will collaborate across Brand, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable distribution for launches and lifecycle changes. Candidate will apply deep knowledge of hospital, infusion, and specialty pharmacy channels, underpinning analytics, reimbursement, and policy impacts to optimize patient access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial market access, trade, or distribution.
• Exposure to medical-benefit and pharmacy-benefit models in nephrology.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead U.S. distribution strategies across nephrology products.
• Collaborate with Brand, Trade, Data, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Inform commercialization planning, including forecasting and gross-to-net considerations.
• Evolve distribution programs for launches, lifecycle changes, and policy updates.
• Analyze channel economics, reimbursement, and site-of-care dynamics.
• Navigate hospital, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacy channels.
• Ensure compliant, executable strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
