Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Nephrology Associate Medical Director to lead the US medical strategy for antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) and IgA nephropathy (IgAN).

You will report to the Nephrology Medical Director and collaborate with US Field Medical, Global Medical, and Clinical Development to align medical activities with global strategy. You will engage external stakeholders, develop medical materials, and drive evidence generation through advisory boards and congress publications, supporting

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or comparable advanced degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; transplant/nephrology clinical experience may count.
• Strong interpersonal skills and matrixed organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US medical strategy for AMR and IgAN.
• Serve as US Medical SME for cross-functional partners (US Field Medical, Global Medical, Clinical Development, Epidemiology, Pharmacovigilance, Commercial, Market Access).
• Collaborate to align local activities with global strategy and ensure awareness of US insights.
• Develop/adapt medical materials consistent with DSMR/PRC requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive pull-through of medical strategy into tactics via Advisory Boards, evidence generation projects, and congress publications.
