West Coast Kidney Institute on the Panoramic Health network seeks skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Antioch, CA. The role offers a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Knowledge of medical records documentation and patient assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Capture dialysis unit patients (billed under the physician).
• Collaborate with physicians to alternate care; may have own clinic panel.
• Hospital rounds with attending nephrologist.
• No weekend or on-call coverage.
