Job summary

HCA HealthONE AirLife Critical Care Denver seeks an experienced RN Flight Nurse for our Neonatal transport team. You will deliver specialized care to neonatal patients aboard aircraft and coordinate care with referral teams, physicians, and families, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires Colorado RN with multi-state compact, BSN, BLS/PALS/NRP, and 3+ years in a Level IV NICU with transport experience. A driver’s license and commitment to teamwork complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license with multi-state compact.
• BLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
• C-NPT certification: preferred at hire, required within 2 years.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN.
• 3+ years’ NICU Level IV experience.
• Transport experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous and collaborative critical and specialty care to neonatal patients aboard aircraft and ground transport.
• Coordinate, deliver, and document all aspects of patient care with referral teams, physicians, and families.
• Maintain safety and readiness of flight operations and emergency procedures.
