HCA HealthONE is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pediatric Critical Care Float. The role supports care across PICU, NICU, and pediatric services with a strong emphasis on coordination and collaboration across the care team.

The ideal candidate holds Colorado RN licensure, BLS/PALS/ACLS/NRP upon hire, and preferably a BSN with 2 years pediatric or neonatal experience. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for this dynamic resource role.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Two years experience in pediatric/neonatal care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in the PICU, Pediatric unit, NICU Level II/IV, Pediatric PACU, Pediatric ED, and RMHC care areas as needed.
• Serve as primary nurse and care coordinator, guiding collaboration across disciplines.
• Oversee assistive personnel and ensure quality patient care.
