Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Current national certification as an NNP.
• State APRN/NNP licensure.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience as an NNP in Level III/IC NICU.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Clinical Oversight: lead NNP team, uphold standards, support quality initiatives.
• Scheduling & Workforce Management: manage 24/7 NNP coverage and staffing plans.
• Education & Professional Development: create ongoing education and mentorship programs.
• Outreach & Community Relations: build relationships with regional hospitals and partners.
• Administrative & Operational Coordination: drive policy, metrics, accreditation readiness.
