Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Neonatal focus.
• Current national certification as an NNP.
• State APRN/NNP licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical NNP experience, preferably in a Level III or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NNP team and ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage for the NICU.
• Develop and lead ongoing education programs for NNPs and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with medical directors, nursing leadership, and admin teams to optimize outcomes.
• Represent the NNP team in outreach with regional hospitals and partners.
