Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Leader Position Summary: The NNP Leader oversees the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner team and supports high-quality, evidence-based care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This role provides clinical leadership, coordinates staffing and scheduling, facilitates education and professional development, and leads outreach initiatives that strengthen relationships with internal and external partners. The NNP Leader collaborates with medical directors, nursing leadership, and administrative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Special Notes: Non-Tenure Track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
