Job summary

Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth is seeking a Respiratory Therapist NICU - PRN to provide Neonatal respiratory care in a high-acuity NICU setting. You will deliver ventilatory support, assessments, and interventions per care plans and hospital policies, while collaborating with the NICU team.

Requirements include NBRC-CRT or NBRC-RRT, Texas licensure, BLS/ACLS, NRP and PALS, plus at least one year of NICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.
• One year experience in Respiratory Care and NICU experience required.
• Current NBRC-CRT or NBRC-RRT; Texas license; BLS/ACLS; NRP and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Care for neonate population and perform NICU respiratory procedures.
• Utilize respiratory care processes and guidelines.
• Set up and monitor high-flow, CPAP, ventilatory and oscillatory support for NICU patients.
• Respond to emergent situations and perform CPR as needed.
