Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required or obtainable within specified timeframes.
• RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner credential is required.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and plan interventions across care settings.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including oxygen, aerosols, and airway clearance.
• Manage ventilation and airway supports, including invasive/noninvasive vents.
• Educate patients and families, serve as clinical resource, and support team.
• Maintain equipment and ensure infection prevention standards.
