The ideal candidate has NICU experience, is graduate of an accredited Nursing program, holds a Connecticut RN license, and meets BLS and NRP requirements (NRP within one year).

• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care.
• Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions.
