Renown Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care and to ensure the nursing unit operates smoothly. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

The position requires a BSN or related degree (or pursuit upon hire) and Nevada RN licensure, with recent RN experience and active BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred; or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• State of Nevada RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required; RNFA and POCA qualifications/ training may be required; ACLS and PALS within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care and the overall functioning of the nursing unit.
• Act as a role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead evidence-based practice, maintain quality outcomes, and support professional development of staff.
