Job summary

Mercy Hospital – W Memorial Rd is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Neonatal ICU. The role covers two 12-hour night shifts on the floor as charge and two 8-hour night shifts in the office, with supervisor duties and floor leadership responsibilities.

The Clinical Supervisor ensures safe, high-quality care, efficient resource use, and collaboration with administration. Leadership to staff, bed management, and improving processes is expected, with mentorship and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure: Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration: AHA Healthcare Provider card or course during probation; TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Lead staffing to meet productivity and financial goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to improve processes across the continuum.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to co-workers and promote leadership growth.
