Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- National or Board APP Certification in Neonatology (NNP-BC) needed.
- AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor certification required.
- Extensive clinical experience in Level III or IV NICU expected.
- Leadership skills to supervise and mentor healthcare providers essential.
Responsibilities
- Attend high-risk deliveries for immediate neonatal assessment.
- Provide comprehensive clinical management for infants in the NICU.
- Lead teaching rounds with pediatric residents.
- Manage training for new Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for APP effectiveness.
