Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal patient care within the inpatient setting.
• Perform clinical assessments, daily management, rounds, consults, and pre-procedure evaluations.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care including discharge planning and family education.
• Collaborate with neonatology faculty and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record adhering to standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
