The position requires NCCP/ACNP/PCPNP/FNP certification, valid RN/APRN licensure, and BLS/NRP credentials, with a 28-hour work week in West Virginia. A collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Neonatal ICU/acute care/pediatric experience required.
• Appropriate NP/PA certification and state licensure.
• NRP and BLS certifications within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal patient care and family education.
• Conduct clinical assessments, rounds, and differential diagnoses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Recognize urgent or complex situations and initiate timely intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Document evaluations and plans in the medical record.
• Educate staff, students, and families; participate in QI activities.
