Qualifications

• Licensure and certifications must be active in the state of service.
• NRP within 30 days of hire; BLS required for all.
• Experience in NICU/pediatrics preferred; new grads not considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal patient care and family education.
• Conduct daily rounds, assessments, and care planning.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests per guidelines with team.
• Document care plans and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement and education initiatives.
