Job summary

inMy Jet is hiring a NICU Flight Nurse to deliver advanced neonatal critical care during air and ground transports. You will assess, stabilize, and transfer critically ill or premature neonates while ensuring patient safety in a demanding aviation environment.

Required are 5+ years in a Level III/IV NICU and 3+ years in high-acuity neonatal care, with BLS/NRP/PALS/STABLE. Preference for prior transport or flight experience and ECMO or high-frequency ventilation exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Level III/IV NICU.
• Minimum 3 years of high-acuity neonatal critical care.
• Current BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal critical care during fixed-wing and ground transports.
• Stabilize and assess critically ill neonates en route.
• Administer meds, IV fluids, blood products per protocol.
• Operate neonatal transport equipment and monitors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Ensure accurate electronic patient care documentation.
• Maintain flight equipment readiness and safety compliance.
