Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join the team at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, compassionate neonatal care within a collaborative, community-based hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine required or imminent.
• Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine is required.
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neonatal care in an inpatient setting at Community Medical Center and BMSCH.
• Supervise and support APNs/PAs/Fellows and residents.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration and communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Provide cross-coverage at affiliated sites as needed.
• May be asked to provide additional clinical coverage through extra shifts.
