Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a senior leader to build and run the NeoCloud storage business from the CRO organization. You will own quota, build a team, and define the playbook to win multi-year deals with top NeoClouds across the US.

You will drive pipeline, negotiate SLAs and IP terms, and partner with Strategic Partnerships. A strong infra background and executive presence are essential. This is a remote US-based role with attractive RSUs and variable pay.

Responsibilities

• Land five of the Top 25 NeoClouds as meaningful customers; land 25 more from the rest of the list.
• Deliver $20M in total contract value across the base.
• Expand the NeoCloud base outside committed contracts such as CoreWeave.
• Own pipeline and forecast for the segment with a named-account plan.
• Hire, onboard, and coach a growing team of BD Pursuit Specialists / AEs; set KPIs and ARR targets.
• Own the Sell-To motion for the segment; write pursuit plans for Top 25 NeoClouds.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships on OEM/ISV deals; staff as needed.
• Negotiate SLAs, IP, revenue share, and infrastructure-as-a-service terms.
• Engage executives in each integration; ensure executive sponsorship.
• Transition open NeoCloud opportunities from existing owners by end of Q1.
