Job summary

Tri-State Medical Group is seeking a Dispatcher for MAVO & BLS Operations in the North Region. The role focuses on managing MAVO dispatch and supporting BLS services, ensuring trips are scheduled and monitored with clear communication to drivers and facilities.

The candidate will develop driver schedules in TraumaSoft, verify trip data, and handle real-time updates and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatch, NEMT, EMS, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to manage high call volume and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MAVO dispatch operations and support BLS dispatch as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor trips in real time to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Develop and publish driver schedules using TraumaSoft.
• Verify trip completion and documentation accuracy.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and assistance needs.
• Answer incoming calls and provide ETAs.
