Job summary

Tri-State Medical Group is hiring a Dispatcher – MAVO & BLS Operations for the North Region. You will manage MAVO dispatch, monitor trips in real time, and coordinate with drivers and facilities to deliver reliable patient transport.

Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This in-office role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch, NEMT, EMS, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high call volume and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MAVO dispatch operations and support BLS dispatch as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor trips in real time to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Develop and publish driver schedules using TraumaSoft.
• Verify trip completion and documentation accuracy.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and assistance needs.
• Answer incoming calls, provide ETAs, and address trip-related questions.
