Job summary

Southeastrans, Inc. seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee inspections, reporting, and field processes for NEMT services. Travel will be frequent, with on-site duties in Villa Rica, GA, and coordination with drivers and providers to ensure contract compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising inspections, training providers, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with management to resolve issues and improve compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to become a PASS instructor within three months.
• Ability to become a Basic First Aid and CPR instructor.
• Ability to observe business processes and document them accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect provider motor vehicles for compliance with regulations.
• Lead Driver Training classes and certify instructors.
• Interact with providers and drivers in the field for contractual compliance.
• Review inspection reports and records for violations and accuracy.
• Maintain safety culture and report performance concerns to management.
• Travel frequently and work nights, weekends as required.
