Job summary

Southeastrans is seeking a Special Services Supervisor in Villa Rica, GA to oversee the daily operations of the Special Services Department, coordinate activities, supervise staff, and manage complex transportation requests for quality NEMT services.

In this role you will guide case management, ensure Medicaid guidelines compliance, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with facilities, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely access and high-quality support for beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience, preferably in healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, discharge planning, or non-emergency medical transportation.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to policies and performance expectations.
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Provide guidance for handling complex transportation requests and case management concerns.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
