Saffron Housing Trust Ltd is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Officer to support vulnerable tenants, safeguard communities and resolve tenancy issues. You will work with tenants, partner agencies and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote tenancy sustainment across our neighbourhoods.

In this varied role you will manage ASB cases, undertake home visits, and maintain accurate case records while collaborating with Police, Social Services and Mental Health Services to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with multiple agencies (Police, Social Services, Mental Health Services).
• Ability to manage ASB and safeguarding cases with risk assessment.
• Capable of handling complex tenancy issues and safeguarding concerns.

Responsabilités

• Manage tenancy, neighbourhood and anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
