Milton Keynes City Council is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment Manager to lead the Tenancy Sustainment Service within Housing Operations. You will guide colleagues, oversee complex cases and ensure residents receive timely support to stay in their homes.

• Experience leading tenancy sustainment or housing support teams.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding principles.
• Ability to coordinate multi-agency approaches to prevent homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tenancy Sustainment Service to deliver timely interventions.
• Oversee complex and high-risk cases with proportionate decisions.
• Develop and coach Tenancy Sustainment Officers through supervision.
• Monitor performance using outcomes data and tenancy sustainment metrics.
• Provide oversight of enforcement decisions and safeguarding processes.
