Location: FLOAT position
Work Hours: Combination of 12 and 8 hour (Sunday) shifts + rotating weekends, totaling 80 hours/pay period.
Clinic Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm; Sundays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities: Performing multiple administrative functions to support convenient care operations, emphasizing exceptional customer experience. Duties include greeting and checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, reviewing patient registration, answering phones, managing virtual waiting room appointments, distributing mail, and serving as a liaison between staff and patients.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 1 year of healthcare experience or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of communication procedures, typing, and computer skills. Successful completion of required clearances within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Front desk or concierge experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken communication.
