Office Location: FLOAT position
Work Hours: combination of 12 and 8 hour (Sunday) shifts + rotating weekends totaling 80 hours/pay period.
Clinic Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 - 8:00pm; Sundays 8:00 - 4:00pm
Responsibilities: Performing multiple day-to-day administrative functions to support convenient care operations with an emphasis on exceptional Customer Experience. Duties include greeting and checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, reviewing patient registration, answering phones, managing virtual waiting room appointments, distributing mail, and serving as a liaison among providers, staff, and patients.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 1 year of healthcare experience or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of communication procedures, typing, and computer skills, and successful completion of required clearances within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior front desk or concierge experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and spoken communication.
