Office Location: FLOAT position
Work Hours: Combination of 12 and 8-hour (Sunday) shifts + rotating weekends, totaling 80 hours/pay period.
Clinic Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm; Sundays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities include performing various administrative functions to support convenient care operations with an emphasis on exceptional customer experience. Duties include greeting and checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, reviewing patient registration, answering phones, managing virtual waiting room appointments, distributing mail, and serving as a liaison among staff and patients.
Required: High school diploma or GED, 1 year of healthcare experience or equivalent education and experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of communication procedures, typing, and computer skills. Must complete necessary clearances within 90 days of employment.
Preferred: Front desk or concierge experience in a healthcare setting, strong organizational skills, excellent written and spoken communication.
